Hi Don. I'm working my way through the DVD's and trying to groove the "up the tree" move. I'm finding it hard to absorb the concept of no wrist cock or hinge, especially when I look at your position at the top of the backswing. If you are not cocking your wrists how on earth is the club standing at right angles to your arm, at 12 o'clock? Would it not be in line with your arm, at 9 o'clock if there is no wrist cock? Rotation of the forearms does not explain this angle.

Don,

I bought the access to the website last week and have been trying to really practice what you preach at home, just swinging the club. I finally got to go to the range yesterday. I have to say, Im still pretty discouraged. Im not a very good golfer, but I am taking a step back. I still consistantly block to the right or slice, especially when I really try to keep the club up at 12oclock. I feel like when i am copletely vertical, the shot will go 30 yards off center. Can you help?

I am also questioning as to how does one get your responses to questions asked? Do you only respond to the one asking the question?

slow motion vid of your own swing would clear up a lot of confusion as it is a lot easier to see how as opposed to trying to visualise your explanation as i was going great & straight until swing planes got into the picture !!!!!!!
