Do You Make These 10 “Amateur” Mistakes Even Most PGA Tour Players Don’t Know About?

This text will be replaced

Enter your name and primary email below,
and PGA Master Professional Don Trahan
will show you these 10 golf swing “blunders”,
and how to start hitting the ball
longer, straighter and more consistently
on your very NEXT round…

From: Don Trahan
PGA Master Professional
And Personal Coach To
2-time PGA Tour winner “DJ Trahan”

Dear Fellow Golfer,

If you want to IMMEDIATELY have a more consistent, powerful and pain-free golf swing… and do it without taking a single lesson or spending one red cent… then the 10 free videos below will show you how.

Here’s the scoop:

My name is Don Trahan — PGA Master Professional and personal coach to 2-time PGA Tour trophy winner DJ Trahan.

And I recently recorded 10 videos (I will give you FREE in a second) revealing the biggest, “score killing” mistakes I’ve seen in my over 25 years of playing golf and teaching PGA Tour Players and Professionals.

Here is just a small “taste” of what’s in these free videos:

  • The one thing you must never do (especially on the first hole) after a bad golf shot. (If you’ve ever had a frustrating day on the course this is probably why.)
  • A dirty little secret about “big turn” swings your local PGA Pro does NOT want you to know. (Most golf teachers would be out of business in a New York minute if everyone knew the truth.)
  • What most PGA Pros teach about your stance that is just flat out WRONG. (Hint: A wide stance will NOT give you more power.  But doing this with your knees certainly will.)
  • The #1 WORST mistake you can make with your wrist when swinging a golf club. (Even if you do everything else “right”, your game will fall apart if you make this common mistake.)
  • What to do with your eyes every single time you hit a golf ball. (Here’s a little known fact: Your eyes automatically show you an “optical illusion” on a golf course. And this is one of the main reasons most golfers have such terrible accuracy. Simply do this with your eyes next time you tee off, and watch your shots land exactly where you want them to.)
  • Exactly how tight to hold your golf club for maximum distance. (Forget bogus advice about treating the club like an “open tube of toothpaste”. That’ll destroy your game. Hold it lik this, instead.)
  • A common myth (taught in all the golf magazines and videos) that is all but guaranteed to injure your back. (And is one of the reasons why even some PGA Tour golfers are spending so much time in surgery.)
  • How to add up to 10 yards to your drives in your very NEXT round (even this afternoon!)… just by changing your grip.
  • A simple way to “position” your arms that prevents slices almost 100% of the time. (If you slice a lot, this secret alone will change your life.)
  • A.F.A.P.: How memorizing this acronym will almost force your shots to sail farther and straighter down the fairway. (I have to admit, this secret is a bit weird. But it works like crazy.)
  • And much, much more.

Hi Don when i practice swing my driver before hitting the ball i follow through but when i actually swing at the ball i always stop after contact and end up slicing big time and also never more than 200 yards? Please give me your advice. Thanks

  2. John Armando says:

Don, I just ordered and received your swing vidios. I have an ongoing problem with my swing. I followed
your instructions and changed my swing path and it seem to work for me. I still have the fault of taking too deep a dived as I reach impact. Should I stand futher from the ball or is there something else I must concentrate on to eliminate the deep dived. I know that I loose distance with that deep dived. It also must be changing the direction of the club face comming through the ball as the club hits the ground.
Any help for this problem will help me a lot.
    Regards–John Armando

  3. Jude Thaddeus Mckeverne says:

Don, This response to your ad is exactly me.

Hi Don when i practice swing my driver before hitting the ball i follow through but when i actually swing at the ball i always stop after contact and end up slicing big time and also never more than 200 yards? Please give me your advice.

I come over the top, swing hard from the top and stop at the ball, with a slice and 200 drive or less. I have many problems, but that is the biggest.

    Thanks, Nick

  5. James Freytag says:

Looking forward to receiving the emails.

  9. Ken says:

    Don.

When I swing down to the ball and try to hit the ball with some force I can not keep my right shoulder to hang back. Upon impact with the ball it seems that I am locked up to continue the swing with extended arms to finish..I always bring my arms up in a broken wing type swing. I hit the ball hard however and it goes 2/3 straight down the fairway and then takes a hard right turn into the woods. Please explain what I can work on to maintain the right shoulder back.. I guess I am also finding it hard for the swing to go back and my left hip to bump forward before the down swing begins also..Need help badly.

  10. Andres says:

Don, I really want to improve my swing… Help me!!!

  11. Jim Runyan says:

    Hi Don,

Am looking foreard to applying your tips to a better swing. My biggest problem is tempo. How can I develop a smooth, repeatable tempo and avoid hitting chunky or thin shots?

  12. John Burlew says:

    Greetings…
I tried to play golf several times and have failed each time. I can’t even put the ball correctly and if I am going to be a golfer, I have to start all over, do you think your videos will help me get started and play like I know how. I fear going onto the golf course here, because I think I make a fool of myself when I even try. Tell me, should I just hang it up and forget about golf altogether, or start over again and act like I know what I’m doing.

thanx for your comments before you give them to me.

    John….

  21. Lynn says:

I have alway had issue with hitting the ball so high. This past fall I actually started working on my swing and getting my body through quicker. O what a difference that has made. I’m afraid that over the winter I will forget most everything leading up to last fall. What do you recommend?

  22. John Razzano says:

i am look to hit long shots

  23. jim says:

I have a terrible slice and can’t get my driver more than 100 to 150 yrds without slicing the ball way to the right. Now i can hit my fairway woods 3 and 5 strong and straight as you can point, but i have a lot of trouble hitting my driver. I have tried everything and watched video and read every book but to no avail. The other day i got so disgusted that i said i was not going to tee off with my driver and so i didn’t,well my golfing buddy says “Did you brake you driver?. well i said no but i’m not using it anymore. You don’t know how imbarrassing it is to tee up with a 3 wood while everyone else tees up with a driver. I can make a helicopter hoover but i can’t hit a little white ball more than 150 yrds with my driver. HELLOOOO.

  24. Keith T fingleton says:

Hi Don, I was a late comer to golf 59 years old. My game has improved a lot from then and now I feel a few adjustments and a bit more distance would give me as much as I could expect from the game. 10 yards on the drive and checking the the ball on the green would be my first two wishes. I look forward to your free videos giving me this.

Much obliged and kindest regards, Keith.

I have an extremely fast backswing and have real control issues; when I try to slow it down, my swing breaks down; I would love to get some help; have had lessons and videotaped lessons, all to no avail. Thanks

  47. My consistency has really suffered since I shattered my right wrist 5 years ago. It’s currently fused, but I can still pronate & supinate-My backswing is shorter because my fingers open up the further back I take my swing & I loose the clubhead. I’m using a roughly 2/3 backswing & can still get the ball out 240+ off the tee, & have manged to break 80 a couple of times with this swing. My problem is ridiculous lack of consistency. I can shoot 82 or 83 one day & two days later shoot 93 or more on the same course.Would love to have a look at your methods to see if I can pick up on and fix my issues. I used to market the ASTAR system for video instruction & have basic knowledgfe of swing mechanics. I look forward to your free 10 point series of tips.

I have finally reached a point where I can finish 18 wholes without having to pick up the ball. I thought once I got to this point I would be satisfied …. as all of you know who are reading this, I am now looking to lower my score. My goal this year is to consistently golf 100 -104. I do not play enough, but believe I still can improve if I have the right instruction. Let’s see what happens .. My Best To All Who Love the Game of Golf, Marie

  95. Barrie says:

I played golf up until my mid thirties when I had reached a reasonable standard – member of a club in the UK – had won one of the club’s tournaments. I suddenly developed a chronic shank whichI fought for over a year before throwing my clubs away and giving up the game. I came to the US about 4 years ago and started to play a few rounds. My only consistent point was my inconsistency – scoring an 82 one day then over a 100 the next day. I am receiving your videos and look forward to trying your ideas. I am now 65 years of age with the most chronic slice or pull you could wish to see. I am trying your “no wrist cock” swing. It feels good and I am trying your butt to the wall concept and can keep the club at 90 degrees and pull down vertically without hitting the wall. (Am doing this indoors as it has been rather wet and cold here)
Lesson 4 has just arrived and I am going to now watch it. Will keep your posted.
