Not necessarily sure what you mean, but, my sense is that you get the feeling of pressing the toe of the club down all through the swing; all through the swing!! Open to correction on this, but i have heard it from different sources. Cheers   John</description>

		<description>Don, I&#039;ve enjoyed watching your 10-one a day lessons, they&#039;ve helped pass the time before the weather improves here in the midwest.  Thank you!  One thing I&#039;ve noticed that I would like you to comment on is the overhead view of your golf swing that starts each lesson.  To me It appears that your backswing speed is somewhat faster than what I&#039;m accustomed to (i agree with your acessement of bringing the club back too low).  Also I don&#039;t see a pause at the top before your downswing starts. Can you comment on this quicker/continuous movement (without pausing before changing swing directions)?  How does this benefit the golfer/swing? Also for me when I notice holes worn in the heal of my golf glove it seems that I,m usually not gripping my club correctly (in the gloved hand) at setup or club/grip has moved during the swing.</description>
