I did not receive any digital downloads. I cannot log into the site. The only thing I have received was from PayPal telling me that I had paid for the course. They do not answer e-mails.

    Edward,
You amaze me. The answer is all of two posts down and apparently you didn't bother to scroll that far down. I would also recommend removing your personal information from a public forum. If you wouldn't put your name and address in the newspaper , on a billboard, or on a bathroom wall then why would you put it here where absolutely anybody with an internet connection can see it?

YOU ORDERED DIGITAL DOWNLOADS!!!!! These are from the ordering pages ..... "DVD Series - Digital Version" ..... "Download Instructions will be sent to this email." ... "Downloadable format -- start watching them in the next 3 minutes!" ..... since you didn't pay attention to that, at least read the instructions below for how to access the download area

    Top "Frequently Asked Questions":

Why do you want to be affiliated with http://www.breitbart.com/ they tell lies and pretend that it is the truth. Then when they are found out it is someone else's fault. I wouldn't want my business associated with them.

Hello. I have a problem that maybe you can help me with. I have just started golfing about 3 months ago. I am 64 and in good health. My biggest problem is when i am at the driving range and am hitting off the artificial turf I do pretty well. As soon as i hit off the grass I stink. Can't hit the ball , top it mostly. What can i do? I have your video's and they have been a tremendous help. Thank you, Lloyd

You aren't alone in hitting better of of artificial turf. I don't like to hit off of it too much just for that reason. On artificial turf we have no fear of hitting it fat so we make better swings through the ball. If we do hit one fat we get away with it because the club will glide across the turf and still make what appears to be fairly good contact. Then when we get on the course we pull up out of the shot and top the ball or hit it fat (like we probably have been practicing off of the mat.

The comment posted recently by obviously disgrounted customer below is not good:

This is a scam. I have requested my money back 4 times since buying in April '10. They do not respond to e-mails or enforce their own money back guarantee. I would stronly advise people not to buy this product on the grounds that if you don't like it you never see your money again!!!

I ordered the CDs (30-40-4DCM-DMD) more than 5 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Can you please explain what is goin on?

    Thank you.

Don, I didn't start golf until I was in my 40's, my first lesson was at a driving range with my 6 iron. after 5 years my score was still around 100. When I turned 50 I started riding my Harley Davidson and sort of gave up golf. So on Saturday and Sunday mornings if on the Harley passing gold courses, I knew that I missed playing but enjoyed the Harley more. In the past 3 years, I probably went back to the golf course with relatives and was still scoring around 100. Since I have gotten your lessons, I am improving but have not dropped into the 80s yet. Infact I recently bought new clubs (TaylorMade Burner Irons and Driver). Just had carpel tunnel surgery on my left wrist and it will be a month before I get back to the golf course. I am doing better, love your recommendations for chipping and putting! With my new driver, I'm getting 200+ yards now in the fairways, and maybe now I need to have these clubs in my swing fitted. I use to figure the club to use by the distance to the green. I've been winding up short on those shots below 180 yards example 6 iron was my 150 club so I've gone up to 5 iron. Pro's can use their 9 iorn so getting my fitted should help. Thanks for all of your helpful instructions and I'll keep you posted. Ed Helms

I received nine of the ten free lessons. When I tried to request the missing lesson #4, it said my name "scheppers@earthlink.net" was not found. I will be 84 next month, am not a good player in spite of trying every kind of swing and tip suggested (Natural Golf, Auatralian Natural Golf, Stack and Tilt, Ben Hogan's book, etc.). I played once after four or five of your lessons and had the best game I have had the last few months because my putting was good but also my hitting was more consistent and straight and didn't cost me any strokes. Also, I didn't become overly careful and tentative after five or six holes trying to stay out of trees and traps.
    Thank you,
    Don Scheppers (scheppers@earthlink.net)

I have been using the PPGS concept for 6 weeks with success inhat I have no more back spasms/ache. Okay that is great but adapting to the sense that the ball can be driven and ironed at least the same distance as full turn conventional swings has been a challenge mainly the bump and finish! I found just this week that making sure the swing back, against a solid flexed back leg was the key to making a foward swing with the proper sequence of good motion and power Very excited Thanks
  • Marty
it seems that on my fairway woods "only" i really have to fight not pulling and hooking them left. My irons and driver are as good as they have ever been
in fact i hit 8 out of 9 greens in my last 9 hole round, any thoughts on how to improve my fairway woods?
  • Alex
Hi Don do you have a good exercise to help you keep staying over the toe-line in the forward swing
  • Dftranks
I have been using PPGS for about a month now. I started out great hitting a high, slight fade. I am now playing awful. I feel like I am getting way out in front. I am hitting it very low and my iron divots are going about 45 degrees left. I am really struggling.

My son lives in Savannah and I was thinking of coming to see him soon. Aren't you located in Hilton Head?
  • Drew Danko
I've been working on this new swing, but not much success yet. I've always had a bad habit of starting my downswing with a pull of my left shoulder which pulls me across the target line even if I shift my weight first. Any advice? I try very hard to keep everything in front of me and swing up quickly to a t-finish, but I fail to make solid contact, somtimes even hitting the ball off the toe of the club. Help!

    Drew Danko
  • Busbus1234
I had/have the same problem. I started using his analogy of skipping a rock. The downswing should mimick the same motion as skipping a rock
  • Jcamea100
This is for J. Giriffn!!!! I have read everything that you have written about getting fit for clubs and I like what I have read. It seems like you do have the customers best interest in mind. You seem vey honest and real and not about the money only so as you say I'm not going to run. I am very interested but would like to talk to you by phone or e-mail if possible. I have several questions. Thank you

Is this for people with low back problems? The little I saw seems like a regular full swing?
  • I am new to golf. Just started last week and I am hooked. While doing some
searches about golf swings I discovered your website. I immediately ordered
the 10 free videos and right from the start I was getting valuable information
that I could immediately apply to my swing.

Thanks for giving us newbies a chance to learn the right way!

    Thanks!
  • A. Hut,

There are two schools next week in Southern California (San Clemente). You can view that schedule by going to this previous blog post, scrolling down just past the post, where you see the schedule for the school. You can contact Don's brother, Ken Trahan... at the number listed there, for more details:

    Hi don..
I get your emails about golf instructions and have picked a lot and am doing better
from driver all the way down to wedges... One question I have and would like you to do a
short lesson via the email is club distance.. When I use the 8, 9, 7, and sometimes the 6 iron
I feel that I have the same rythum and tempo but hit the ball almost the same distance. I've read
that the club have a distance difference of around 10 yards What can I do to be more precise in
    club selection and distance.

    Thanks
    Steve Hull / NC
  • The same thing that has been causing your back pain is causing compression of your chest which leads to the heart problems you are having.

Look at ABCMiracles.com and find a practitioner near you. You will notice the difference in your breathing and your heart before the end of the first treatment.

My computer totally crashed about 3 weeks ago but now in working order, but lost all of my files, including my PPGS purchases.

How can I redownload them and will the cost be?

I'm sure you have the necessary information on my account.

Will look forward to your reply.

My game, if I can call it a game, has improved quite a bit by following your videos...83 years old and handicap has gone from 18 to 12 since purchase.

    Thank you in advance.
